Villa Gracia is the perfect place for your safe, quiet getaway, reunion & special occasions.  We have among the best views in Sayulita!  We are unique with having ocean & jungle views from every room & deck. The sunsets & sunrises are world-class & year-round.  

Upon your arrival you will feel an embracing calmness with a "healing" quality.  We are surrounded by nature: the soft sounds of the ocean, singing birds, the deep blue of the ocean, the whites of the waves hitting Punta Sayulita, palm trees, butterflies, flowers & the jungle. 

After living on the oceanfront, we wanted protection from the storms & the security issues by being right on the beach.  The hill provides huge views, protection, quiet & privacy. We found what is now Villa Gracia (House of Grace), with its magnificent views, lot's of land & close beach access.  

We have spent years in construction turning our "Palapa Tree House" into a tiled roof, Luxury Villa.  Every detail has been designed for beauty & comfort. We accommodate up to 10 adults & 2 children. All rooms have outstanding ocean & jungle views, private entries, decks & bathrooms.

We have a bigger view on our main floor which used to have a palapa (palm leaf) roof.  Now all of our rooms are protected & comfortable.  We've added floor to ceiling glass doors that accordion open to an extended pool deck.  We have screens, curtains, air conditioning, a 50" TV, built in ceiling stereo speakers, dimmable lighting, dishwasher & additional, comfortable indoor seating.  For those rainy times, you are protected & when it's hot, you can cool down with the A/C.  For the winter nights, the main area is comfortable for conversation & watching a game or movie.  

We are located in an upscale neighborhood on Nanzal (Nansal) hill at the end of & between (2) roads.  We are at the end of Calle Olito, on the upper road, with our (2) car garage.  Our lower entry is on Calle Chachalaca, which is off Calle Del PalMar that runs along the ocean.  We have easy parking, iron doors, gates & fencing from the top to the bottom of our property.

Our beach access is close with having our lower entry on Calle Chachalaca.  (In case you've heard, other houses on Nanzal use difficult, unlighted, public stairs without handrails, that begin at the end of Calle Chachalaca. From there, they have to climb their house.)  Our stairs have been redone for extra traction, good spacing & are faced with custom tile.  We have hand rails & lights for comfort & safety.

At times, Sayulita has challenges with water, so we have (3) water storage systems.  For those occasions when Sayulita has a power outage, we have battery powered light strips & candles in every room.

Our staff has been with us for years.  If you want to stay in, they can create delicious, abundant dining experiences with 24 hour notice.  They will assist in calling cabs, ordering food in, etc.  We will help to make your stay perfect.
